The cost of the complete auctioneering course is $2375.00 (Cheque, Cash or Money Order) which does not include meals or accommodations. Registration will be the day of class, commencing at 8:00 a.m. and after registration has taken place, there will be a complimentary breakfast for all students.

All of the above mentioned topics will be covered in great detail. You will also be receiving very valuable and helpful instructional material on every subject and all of the neccessary literature, all you need is a pen to take notes. This training will enable you to work for any licensed Auction Company, as an auctioneer. This program is not designed for those wanting to run their own business. However, if after completing the Lingo Only Program, you decide you would like to run your own business, you are welcome to enroll in our Regina class, and pick up the business part of the program. The cost would be an additional tuition of $1000.00. At any time you are also welcome to return to the Auctioneers Training Centre for refresher classes.

The cost of the Lingo Only Auctioneering Course is $1375.00 (Cheque, Cash or Money Order) which does not include meals or accommodations. Registration will be the day of class, commencing at 8:00 a.m. and after registration has taken place, there will be a complimentary breakfast for all students. The length of the course is 5 days, Monday to Friday inclusive.

Ringmanship / Bid-Spotting Workshop

Your training at the Auctioneers Training Centre will thoroughly cover the following topics:

• Individual to Multi Ringpeople: simultaneously taking bids
• Appearance of Ringpeople: and its impact on the crowd
• Mannerisms: of ringpeople/bid-spotters and the effect on the sale and sale momentum
• Communication: effective, accurate and its importance with the
1. Auctioneer.
2. Other Ringpeople.
3. Crowd.
• Ability to Distinguish Where Bids Are:
1. Who holds the current bid.
2. What the auctioneer is calling for as an advancement of the bidding.
3. Who the auctioneer has as a current bidder.
4. Where and who your runner-up bidders are.

This course is designed to teach the techniques and criteria that are needed to be successful as a ringperson or as a bid-spotter.

This training stresses the need for professional techniques, as these positions, if conducted professionally, will be an asset to the Auction Sale industry.

This course is taught in a professional auction ring, a real atmosphere, where students are taught all types of sales.

This course is open to all individuals, male and female, that are interested in making a career or furthering their career in RINGMANSHIP; previous experience is not a pre-requisite.
